JOB ROLE:

Due to commercial expansion and increased client acquisition, Proximie is looking to recruit a Territory Manager for sales and account management for hospital and surgical centers. This is a critical position within the organization and will be responsible for delivering territory management, including sales, landing, and expanding current revenue opportunities, account engagement and support. The position will be responsible for sales growth and partner management in the assigned geographical regions to hospitals and surgical centers in the United States.

Proximie is looking for dynamic, resilient individuals who want to make a material difference to our global mission of making surgery safer and better for all patients and want to take the opportunity of working within a digital health technology startup. The role will combine the focus on delivering results as well as the liberating joy of working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and innovative environment.

TO DELIVER:

  • Increase the usage of Proximie by driving sales opportunities across the hospital and ASC industry.
  • Expand the number of Proximie users within an account, in line with our land and expand strategy.
  • Build engagement and value through the platform across divisions and specialities.
  • Identify new opportunities for sales growth, through effective targeting and business planning.
  • Look to establish new revenue streams, that have yet to be captured.
  • Implement set up and training of new accounts, including medical staff, hospital leadership teams and operational teams.
  • Work cross-functionally with the Commercial Directors and Implementation teams.

RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Maintain a detailed understanding of the Proximie platform and services offered.
  • Become a leader in the demonstration and continuing education on products and services to physicians, operating room staff and hospital leadership.
  • Optimize existing processes within the company and actively enhance all Customer Success Initiatives.
  • Determine how to define, drive, and demonstrate the value (ROI) delivered to the customer.
  • Plan account, travel and call strategies
  • Preplan sales calls; review background information, set call objectives and define selling strategies
  • Submit regular objectives, action plans and sales projections
  • Utilize CRM/Salesforce tools, maintain the integrity of information
  • Collaborate with all company departments in the US and globally to both advocate and learn new implementation and sales strategies to increase business retention.
  • Set up training, implementation, and mentoring with onboarding customer success specialists to promote standardized workflow and customer expectations.
  • Continue to create a culture of customer success, collaboration, and a drive to improve healthcare access and education.
  • Continued upkeep of Vendor Credentialing policy and procedures; self-sufficient with each of the Vendor Credentialing agencies utilized by accounts you are managing.
  • Be alert to all competitive products – design, pricing, promotions – and keep management informed in a timely manner. When appropriate, recommend the addition of new products and/or modification or new application of existing products to management.
  • Submit any special reports related to the operation of the territory, as required.
  • Attend and participate in sales meetings, training programs and conventions, as directed.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Experienced sales representative in medical devices, medical software, and/or SaaS experience.
  • Thorough understanding of hospital stakeholders and decision-making process.
  • Exceptional account management experience with fast-paced delivery across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities.
  • High level of change management experience to ensure sustained customer adoption.
  • Possess exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills as well as the ability to multi-task.
  • Strong computer and internet skills; software experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with startup companies is beneficial.

  • Able to work as part of a team to reach a collective goal.

TRAVEL:

  • 75% travel within designated territory to customers and hospitals
  • Full, clean driving license required,
