    FAQs

    AM I ON THE NEW PLATFORM?

    If your login to Proximie is – my.proximie.net – then you are on the new platform. If your login page is still my.proximie.com then you are on the old platform. Please speak to your account manager or complete a contact form to migrate to the new Proximie.

    How do I change to the new platform?

    If you are a new customer, please complete the contact us form and one of our team will be in touch to manage your account.

    For existing customers, either complete the form above or contact your designated Proximie account manager.

    Can I remain on the current platform?

    We will be moving all our customers over to the new and improved Proximie platform before the end of 2022, so we advise speaking to your account manager to arrange your migration.

    What happens to my video content?

    All my 2022 recordings on Proximie will be automatically migrated to the new platform. Any additional videos can be migrated across upon request. To move content from the old platform to the new Proximie, please email: [email protected]

    When will my videos be migrated?

    Within four weeks of your request to move to the new platform.

    Is there a new URL?

    The new Proximie platform can be accessed via My.Proximie.net.
