Reporting into the Chief Marketing Officer, with dotted lines into the Chief Product and Technology Officer, the Global Head of Product Marketing will drive the overall product marketing strategy for the entire Proximie platform including both hardware and data service solutions.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned PMM leader who excels at advocating for the end customer, managing complex projects and cares deeply about democratizing surgical care and training around the globe. This candidate has a successful track record of leading a team, influencing product roadmaps, and building, launching, and scaling technical products. This is a full-time position based in the San Francisco Bay Area.


  • Lead and manage the PMM team, mentoring and coaching direct reports to be successful in their roles
  • Build strong relationships with product and business partners to influence and align on objectives and plans, delivering compelling value for Proximie’s customers.
  • Develop product positioning, messaging, and pricing for Proximie’s hardware, data, and API solutions, considering value proposition, target audience, and wider market implications
  • Influence product and commercial strategy through relevant insights and product acumen, driving alignment across teams
  • Develop the overarching launch strategy, including rollout sequencing, creative asset development, and communication goals to best drive awareness and adoption
  • Oversee execution of go-to-market plans by collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Organize and manage operations for multiple work streams, deadlines, and meetings for cross-functional teams to drive execution
  • Experience working with health/hospital systems and MedTech device companies is a plus, not a requirement.


  • BA/BS degree
  • 12+ years of experience launching and growing technical products for global brands
  • 5+ years of experience managing and leading a team
  • Marketing experience working with global and regional teams
  • Proficiency in managing communication with internal and external audiences
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams
