We are looking for a passionate Android engineer who is experienced with the full Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SSDLC), change management, and modern tools and pipelines.

This is a hugely exciting role, working at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and healthcare. We are seeking a qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA Accountant to join our Finance team based in London. Reporting into the Finance Director, you will be responsible for managing our FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) function. You will lead on financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting, commercial finance projects, and partnering with other leaders across the business.


  • Manage and maintain the company’s financial model, including scenario planning and sensitivity analyses to support long-term strategies and short-term execution.
  • Manage and monitor all financial KPIs.
  • Collect and analyse financial and other data to identify sustainable ways to improve business performance.
  • Contribute data-driven insight to the company’s decision-making and strategic development.
  • Partner with all department heads to support effective decision-making and cross-functional alignment.
  • Document and maintain policies and procedures for all FP&A activities, including the annual budget and quarterly reforecasts.
  • Report regularly to the Finance Director with ideas, insightful information and analysis.
  • Deliver other projects and tasks requested by the Finance Director or Chief Financial Officer, including commercial finance initiatives and implementation of new software solutions.
  • Collaborate openly and proactively with the Finance team and broader organisation.


  • Qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA.
  • Strong understanding of UK GAAP (including FRS 102) and/or other accounting frameworks (including US GAAP or IFRS), especially in relation to revenue recognition.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including building detailed financial models.
  • Previous experience of managing and reporting on annual budget cycles.
  • Previous experience working with Xero, NetSuite, or similar accounting software.


  • Previous experience working in an international SaaS or professional services business.
  • Previous experience working with and/or implementing best-in-class FP&A and BI software.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to interpret, analyse and visualize data.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated
