Job Responsibilities
• Set up and plan all activities to manage day to day global operations
• Create a weekly and monthly schedule to ensure deadlines are met
• Communicate with all relevant team members to ensure delivery times and plans are met
• Ensure effective communication through the team
• Work closely with customers to support business pilots and roll outs and ensure their success
• Work with customers to ensure needs are met, feeding back as appropriate
• Deploy appropriate change management skills
• Support business development
• Source and manage research activities
• Prepare customer documentation, KPIs and presentations
• Select appropriate conferences and organise and manage attendance
• Set up and run meetings and user groups
• Identify and work with key stakeholders
• Set up, run and manage any relevant steering groups
• Ensure marketing and other collateral up to date and available
• Manage other operational resources

• A minimum of 5-6 years work experience
• A background in operations
• Project management skills
• Team player
• Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

• Self starter and ability to work both with teams and on own

Marketing & Digital Media Specialist
Proximie is looking for a talented and hard-working Marketing & Digital Media Specialist to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining the branding, marketing guidelines, digital media, and marketing materials and corporate website for the company. They will coordinate between marketing, communications and public relations and conduct market research to identify strategies and tactics to increase visibility, penetration and in turn support the sales teams in growing the business.

Job Responsibilities

  • Strengthen the company’s brand image across various mediums
  • Craft an excellent social media strategy
  • Activate influencers by identifying who to target
  • Consolidation of company’s social media presence to gain more followers and users
  • Write and edit marketing and communications content, which includes blogs, presentations, website, copy, e-newsletters and email campaigns, presentations, press releases, social media posts, landing pages and promotional collateral
  • Optimize SEO/SEM
  • Growth Hacking
  • Assist in the management and tracking of editorial and campaign calendars
  • Monitor and participate in blogs and forums and think of new ideas for topics of discussion
  • Support the vision with creation of content and production of networking events, conferences , exhibitions, and trade-shows etc.
  • Collaborate with the sales teams to develop materials that effectively communicate the value of each product/solution to prospects/customers across industries

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related discipline
  • A minimum of 2-3 years in “Marketing Communications” experience
  • 2+ years of working with Enterprise in the digital healthcare industry is a major plus
  • Must be self-motivated and a proactive self-starter with ability to turn on a dime
  • Good understanding of Google Analytics, including configuration and reporting
  • Experience of defining KPIs, producing ad hoc reports and analysis
  • Experience in growth hacking and SEO is mandatory
  • Should be well versed in WordPress
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript is preferable
  • Highly numerate with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to translate technical and detailed information into user friendly formats
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and networking skills
  • Strong understanding and ability to write for digital media including the web, social channels, paid search etc.
